Congratulations to our colleague Samatha Davis on being published in The Suffolk Lawyer!
Samantha Davis is a third-year law student at Touro Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a proud member of the Touro Law Review, which she serves as an issue editor on its Editorial Board. Throughout her time in law school, Samantha has shown interest in practicing law in the rigorous area of trust and estates. She has recently been published on page 19 of the Suffolk Lawyers Vol. 40 No.1 February 2024, a publication discussing a hot-button issue of the effects of ladybird deeds on Medicaid eligibility.
